Freelance Native Norwegian AI Trainers Wanted! (Remote / Audio Project)

At AI SVEA Inc., we connect talented language specialists with global tech giants to help train the next generation of Artificial Intelligence. AI needs to understand the world just like humans do—and that’s where you come in. We are currently looking for Native Norwegian speakers for an exciting, quick-turnaround conversational AI training project.

We are seeking individuals to participate in a voice recording project designed to teach an AI how to seamlessly switch between languages.

• The Task: You will follow a provided script and record 1 hour of total audio using a dedicated mobile app.
• The Language Split: The conversation will be 70% Norwegian and 30% English (code-switching/bilingual format).
• Time Commitment: Approximately 1 hour of recording time, plus a small amount of additional time to read the instructions and set up the app.

        Native Norwegian speaker with a strong command of the language.

• Good spoken English skills (able to switch naturally between Norwegian and English).
• Access to a smartphone and a quiet environment to record high-quality audio.
• Ability to carefully follow written guidelines and instructions.

What We Offer & Payment Terms

• Flexibility: Complete the assignment entirely at your own convenience from home.
• Compensation: A flat rate of $40 USD upon successful completion and quality approval of the audio.
• Contract: This is a freelance/project-based position. A standard freelance contract will be signed before starting.
• Payout Window: In accordance with industry standards, payment terms are up to 60 days after the completed and approved assignment. Note: We actively strive to process payouts much faster than this window!
